About Us
After 30 years of service, Betsy VanSicklen Cohen retired from elementary school teaching in 2001 to become a Professional Organizer. Her education began the day she was born in Alameda, California and is ongoing. She began organizing at a very young age. As a child, she would rearrange her room and things in the middle of the night. She learns something new each and everyday. She is often trying to help all those around her get organized, even when they don’t ask for it. Betsy is an organizational engineer who is in the business of assimilation. She assists her clients in identifying a plan to unclutter their lives, homes, garages and offices. She is equipped with many techniques to choose from. Her goal is to get her clients to the point where they are self-sufficient and no longer need her services. She has been described as gentle and non-judgmental.
Vandy Passmore has been a fourth grade teacher in the Sacramento area for the past 9 years. She received her formal education at the University of Hawaii and the University of Southern California. She loves to teach her students and their parents how to be organized! She believes people crave structure and are successful when they have it. She makes organizing a fun game that anyone can do! Vandy also enjoys teaching aerobics and loves her animals.
